- Products must be in an unopened/sealed condition and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All accessories delivered with the product must be returned in the same condition, along with the product.
- Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA), not functioning as per the operational manual, or not meeting the declared specifications, may be:
Exchanged or returned after verification. - Verification may take up to seven business days from the date of collection Return or exchange are done after a thorough investigation and a technical report.
Important:
- Customers must inspect the product prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) and before the delivery agent’s departure.
- Once a product has been delivered, signed for, and accepted, any claims for damage or defects reported afterward will not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty terms.
Refunds are processed after a quality check of the returned product.
